Lithographic We offer a fast overprinting service by litho specialist envelope printing machinery, enabling high quality at speeds of up to 50,000 per hour for optimum economy. Stunning results can be achieved by 4 colour process and up to 2 additional special colours, printing high quality, close register images on to envelopes. Exceptionally cost effective for short runs and quick turnarounds.

Flexographic Using specialised machinery, envelopes are printed, folded and constructed in one process. Highly economical for long runs 50,000+, such as outgoing mail or business reply envelopes printed 1 or 2 colours. Not suitable for close register print on to envelopes.

Commercial Envelopes We provide a comprehensive range of sizes suitable for mailing and business reply in manila or white paper. Gummed, self seal or strip seal flaps, together with a complete selection of square envelopes and many of the more unusual sizes.

Bespoke and custom made envelopes can be made by hand or by machine to your requirements. Bespoke and custom envelopes are available in any quantity, to include multi windows, gummed, self seal or strip seal and using specific papers or weights. Bespoke and custom envelopes can be made in any size, weight or colour.

Donation Envelopes to help with fundraising and regular giving programmes for Church Offering or Gift Aid. These can be personalised on the face & reverse, are gummed with a plain or zip flap for easy and fast removal of contents. They are available in Manilla or White 90gsm Pocket with an internal size of 98x76mm, 125x97mm, 152x110mm or as a wallet 84x145mm or as a Dual Wallet 84x130/70mm.

Polythene/Foil High consumer impact, can be made to your own specifications and flexo-printed up to 6 colours. Product is strong, weatherproof, tamper evident, recyclable and very light - which can reduce mailing costs.

We are also able to supply Heavy Duty Board Back/Paper Front, All Board, Gusset, Bubble Bags, Air Cushioned, Jiffy Bags, Tyvek (Tear Resistant) and Mailmiser envelopes available in a range of sizes and papers.
